AKG 271 Studio

미디앤사운드 중고장터에서 매물을 기다렸지만, AKG 271 MKII가 나오면서 단종되서 그런지 매물이 없었습니다. 그래서 큰 맘 먹고 낙원상가를 두시간여를 헤매다가 결국 세운상가에서 산 AKG 271 Studio. 18만원에 주신다는걸 17만원으로 깎았습니다. 대신 가게 홍보를 해달라셨는데, 새운상가 1층 뒤쪽에 어디였는데, 가게이름은 기억이 나질 않네요.
소리는 역시 소문대로 좋습니다. 있는 그대로 들려주고요, 생각보다 엄청 크네요. 예전에 쓰던 Beyerdynamic DT231Galatic은 동생한테 넘겼습니다. 밀폐형이라 옆에서 누가 뭐라고 떠들어도 하나도 안들립니다.

악기가 하나씩 늘어서 랙장을 구입했습니다. Quiklok제품이고요, 악기들이 하나로 뭉쳐지니깐 선연결도 편하고 이동도 편하고 참 좋습니다.

The Ultimate - Proteus2000 with purephatt

간만에 책상정리를 하면서 악기를 연결해 봤습니다. 연결기념으로 한곡 남깁니다. ㅋㅋProteus2000의 purephatt보드에 있는 The Ultimate입니다. bts 프리셋이라 super beat를 사용할 수 있습니다. Proteus2000을 그대로 재현한 EMU의 ProteusX 소프트웨어 신스에게 자리를 빼앗기고 갈 곳을 잃어 정처없이 구천을 헤매는 비운의 악기이지만 역시나 신기한 Proteus2000입니다.

담배 4갑으로 업어온 AKAI CD3000XL. S3000XL하고 똑같은 기능이지만 SCSI CD-ROM이 달려서 편리해요~ 예전 주인분께서 SCSI ID 맞추는 방법을 모르셔서 멀쩡하게 읽히는 샘플시디를 못읽는다고 생각하셔서 저에게 떠넘기셨습니다. ㅋㅋ 일전에 구해둔 샘플CD 150장을 활용해볼 요령으로 입양했습니다.

건반이 삐걱거리는 것이 은근히 귀에 거슬려서 이 무거운 놈을 혼자 낑낑매며 풀어봤습니다. 궁금해 하셨던 분들이 계실까요? ㅋㅋ
내장하드연결하는 부분이 있던데, 이참에 1G짜리 하드를 연결해두는 것도 괜찮아 보입니다. 전원케이블하고, 스카시 케이블, HDD지지대 정도만 있으면 쉽게 붙일 수 있습니다. 시간이 나면 한번 도전해 봐야겠습니다.

이번에 새로 들여온 Lexicon MPX 550 Multi effector입니다. 예전부터 너무너무 가지고 싶었는데 드디어 이뤄지게 되는군요. 역시 간절히 바라면 다 되는 모양입니다. ㅋㅋ

The MPX 550 is a ture stereo, dual-channel processor with 24-bit internal processing, analog-to-digital conversion, and digital-to analog conversion. It offers 255 presets with classic Lexicon reverb, including Tremolo, Rotary, Chorus, Flange, Pitch, Detune, 5.5 second Delay, Echo and Compression. Dual-channel processing creates two independent effects in Dual Stereo (Parallel), Cascade, Mono Split, and Dual Mono combinations.
